CatchBack uses Ambassador data to review eligibility, track referrals, send rewards, maintain program records, and synchronize optional Discord access.

Application information

We collect your name, email, school email, phone, school name, optional fraternity or student organization, and eligibility confirmation. Staff decisions and review notes are retained for program administration and audit purposes.

CatchBack account connection

The portal stores the minimum link needed to connect your program account to your CatchBack app account. Your referral code is loaded through a protected bridge. Referral processing receives only the identifiers and timestamps needed to verify code use and the $10 completed-deposit threshold.

Referrals and rewards

We retain referral identifiers, reward timestamps, eligibility results, lifetime order, earned rates, reward amounts, wallet-transfer links, and staff-audited adjustments. These records prevent duplicate rewards and support financial reconciliation.

Discord

If you connect Discord, we store the minimum identity and synchronization state required to manage the Ambassador role, one earned rank role, and private program access. OAuth access tokens are not stored by the Ambassador portal.
